NLGI 1.5 Wire Rope Lubricant

Non-toxic marine wire rope and open gear lubricant formulated to meet OECD toxicity compliance EL50 while delivering the performance of a conventional lubricant with minimal impact on marine environments. Therefore it is non-toxic in aquatic environments. It also offers extreme pressure performance, special additives to assist in applications where shock loading is present. Also has good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and adhesive properties to prevent splatter and fling-off.

Applications

  • Wire ropes, sheaves, slipways, guides, winch gearboxes and cranes as found on equipment used in fresh and saltwater environments.
